In business, in leadership, and in life, it’s easy to rely on our own strength. Our skills. Our experience. Our connections. Our strategies.
But Zechariah 4:6 reminds us of a powerful truth: Breakthrough doesn’t come from human strength — it comes from God’s Spirit.
You can be talented, but talent isn’t your source. You can be experienced, but experience isn’t your foundation. You can be connected, but connections aren’t your breakthrough.
The Spirit of God is.
When you surrender your strength, God releases His. When you stop striving, God starts moving. When you stop forcing outcomes, God opens doors no one can shut.
This is the secret of Kingdom success: Your greatest strength is your dependence on Him.
So today, instead of pushing harder, pause and surrender. Instead of stressing, invite the Holy Spirit into your decisions. Instead of relying on your might, rely on His presence.
Because the victory you’re praying for… the clarity you’re seeking… the breakthrough you’re waiting for…
will come by His Spirit, not by your strength.

Holy Spirit, I surrender my strength, my plans, and my abilities to You. Move in my life and my business in ways I cannot. Lead me, empower me, and guide me. Let every breakthrough come by Your Spirit. I depend on You fully. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
