Pressure is part of life — deadlines, responsibilities, people depending on us, spiritual battles, emotional weight. But God never intended for pressure to steal our peace.

Isaiah gives us a promise: Perfect peace is possible — but only when our minds stay anchored in God.

“You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in You.”Isaiah 26:3

When your mind starts racing… When your heart feels heavy… When your responsibilities feel bigger than your strength…

Pause. Breathe. Refocus your mind on God.

As Christian Assistants, we carry the privilege of praying for others, guiding others, and encouraging others — but we must also protect our own peace. Ministry done without peace becomes ministry done in pressure, and pressure drains the soul.

But when your mind stays on God: Your heart settles. Your spirit strengthens. Your peace returns.

Peace is not the absence of problems — it is the presence of God.

🙏 Prayer

Father, thank You for Your promise of perfect peace. Help us keep our minds fixed on You, especially when pressure rises. Guard our hearts, calm our thoughts, and fill us with Your peace as we serve others. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
